Barr. Vivian Etuk

Barr. Vivian Etuk is a legal professional and strategic administrative leader serving as Company Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring that both the CEO and the organisation operate within the highest standards of legal and corporate governance.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, in 2018, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 after completing her Barrister at Law (BL) at the Nigerian Law School, Kano. She is pursuing a Master's Degree in Law at Baze University, Abuja.

She is a certified Chartered Mediator from the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and is certified as an effective public speaker through the Speaking with Power and Influence Programme at the GOTNI Leadership Centre.

In her dual capacity she provides legal counsel, ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and delivers executive support to the CEO, facilitating decision-making and strategic implementation across the organisation.
