The Everight Diagnostics Abuja medical laboratory unit is ISO 15189 accredited, having obtained ISO 15189:2012 in 2022 and ISO 15189:2022 in 2025. Everight was also recognised as the first laboratory to achieve ISO 15189 certification in histopathology in Nigeria.
ISO 15189 covers the whole diagnostic chain — the competence of personnel, the validation of methods, the calibration and maintenance of equipment, and the systems that make a result issued today reproducible tomorrow.
