In 2017 Dr Everest Okpara established the Everight Healthcare Foundation, a non-profit whose core aim is improving healthcare and wellbeing by helping vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals obtain equal access to the best healthcare in Nigeria.

Project detailThe Foundation has provided free medical outreach programmes to underserved communities and distributed relief materials and food items to thousands, particularly targeting vulnerable women and children. This was driven by an unwavering conviction that stems from a strong love for humanity and the firm belief that good healthcare is meant for all, irrespective of social class.
Beyond covering medical bills, the Foundation was a frontline stakeholder in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, providing life-saving interventions including donations of over 100 automated hand-washing machines and 500,000 KN95 face masks.
