Everight's Abuja facility opened in 2020 and became the organisation's headquarters in November 2021. Its medical laboratory holds ISO 15189:2022 accreditation and sits alongside a Level-3 biosafety molecular laboratory and the full imaging suite.

Still in its quest to expand its footprint across Nigeria, Everight Diagnostics established its facility in Abuja in 2020. The facility was named the organisation's headquarters in November 2021.
To maintain its track record of excellence and culture of innovation, Everight started its Abuja branch with a well-equipped level-3 biosafety laboratory with molecular capabilities, using state-of-the-art medical imaging technology.
The medical laboratory at the branch obtained ISO 15189:2012 and ISO 15189:2022 accreditation in 2022 and 2025 respectively. It was also recognised as the first corporate member of the Nigeria Society for Human Genetics, and the first laboratory to achieve ISO 15189 certification in histopathology in Nigeria.
